Bulk Solids Pump (BSP) Feeder Catalog
Precise volumetric feeding of free flowing bulk materials, e.g. pellets & granules. The feeder can be upgraded to a loss-in-weight feeder system at any time.
The BSP feeder has a vertical rotating disc that creates a product lock-up zone conveying the material smoothly from storage hopper to outlet. True, linear mass flow is achieved. Because there are no pockets or screws the feeder is cleaned in seconds. This device utilizes the principle known as lock-up.

Weigh Feeder Accuracy
Weigh feeder accuracy is a measure of how closely a feeder discharges material at the desired flow rate. A complete expression of accuracy includes measurements of repeatability and linearity. Repeatability measures the extent of discharge variability at a given flow rate. Linearity gauges the deviation of average flow rate over the feeder’s full operating range.
BSP Loss-in-Weight Feeder Options
BSP loss-in-weight feeders may be mounted on 3 SFTs (Smart Force Transducers) in a "hanging scale" configuration (below left), on an SFT platform scale (center), or as part of a K4G multi-feeder gravimetric blending system (right) where each feeder module is individually weighed by its own SFTIII.
